Chef
Mark Ulrich has dedicated over 10 years to mastering the culinary arts, studying and working in various parts of the world. A graduate of the Culinary Technical College in Obertshausen, Germany, he completed a three-year apprenticeship at the 4-star Scandic Crown Hotel in Frankfurt.
His career has taken him to Canada, Germany, France, Switzerland, Russia, and Belarus, where he honed his expertise in European, Asian, and American cuisines. A significant milestone was learning classical French cuisine under Dominique Le Stone, the renowned chef of the Negresco Hotel in Nice.
